Blue Rose History
- Lois Duffey was shot in front of two FBI agents (Gordon Cole & Phillip Jeffries). After she died, she disappeared. She was shot by Lois Duffey, who later hung herself before she could go to trial for murder. The shooter was confirmed to be Louis Duffey.
The Blue Liquid
- A "one-armed man" is providing vials of blue liquid to people
- Providing - is he selling it or giving it away?
- The blue liquid creates monsters or powers
- Bucky drank it and became a Werebadger
- Amy drank it and was able to manifest Tulpas
- Special Agent Albert Rosenfield conducted tests on the liquid and it came back as being Haloperidol with trace amounts of Cannabidiol in it
- The strain was not identified at the time of the report
- Haloperidol is an anti-psychotic
